Gudrun HELD‘s personal journey from Baby Boomer to smart Senior Digital Native provided her with the unique opportunity to acquire broad expertise and hands-on experience in leadership, organisational transformation, privatisation, risk management, international and regulatory affairs as well as coaching & leading highly diverse teams.

A pioneer by nature and heart, Gudrun HELD is a strong advocate of life-long-learning and the enriching benefit of extending one’s comfort zones by staying curious and trying new things.

After 45 years with DFS Deutsche Flugsicherung (the German Air Traffic Management Provider), where she had held different executive positions in the international arena, Gudrun HELD earned her certification as competence trainer and business coach. Today, she enjoys supporting her clients in their personal & organisational transformation to excel in the digital age.
